Low-income residents,(SSDI) Social Security Disability Insurance, and (SSA) Social Security Admin., recipients, which include VA Disability, (SSI) Supplemental Security Income, and (SSP) State Supplementary Payments beneficiaries have all been excluded from any California State Stimulus money if taxes have not been filed for the previous year. Still no mention of any of this surplus money going to help those who really need and could use this money the most, Those who do not file any California state taxes.
